Ortus appoint new BDM for Scotland

Ortus Secured Finance is ramping up its operations in Scotland to meet growing demand.

The group has appointed Chris Pallis as a Business Development Manager taking the team in its Scotland office to three. It first set up an office in Glasgow in 2018 headed up by Colin Anderson.

Chris joins Ortus with over 18 years’ experience working within the finance sector for many well-known names in the industry including Barclays, Santander and Skipton Building Society.

More recently, Chris has spent the last 5 years working in a specialist broker role within the Scottish community and so brings a wide broker network to Ortus.

Chris, pictured, said:

Ortus lends from £100,000 to £25million, for terms of up to three years, secured over a wide range of residential and commercial property.
