Market Harborough appoints Head of Strategic Planning and Customer Proposition

Market Harborough Building Society has named Andy Taylor as its Head of Strategic Planning and Customer Proposition.

This new role has been created to support the Society’s ambitious growth plans and drive to become the specialist lender of choice for brokers.

Leading the mortgage and savings Product and Proposition Teams, Andy will identify opportunities in the market and develop new products and initiatives that meet customer needs now and in the future.

He will ensure the Society responds to market opportunities and continues its journey to be the best for brokers.

Andy was previously at Nottingham Building Society and has considerable experience in senior propositions, analytics and research roles.

Speaking about his appointment, Andy said:
