Lawrence Stephens appoints new Senior Associate to Real Estate team

Lawrence Stephens has recruited experienced residential property solicitor, Rebecca Thomas, to its expanding Real Estate department.

Joining the firm as a Senior Associate, Rebecca has over twelve years’ experience in providing expert property advice and legal services to a range of individual and corporate clients, including both domestic and overseas owner-occupiers and investors.

Rebecca has a strong background in building lasting client relationships, providing outstanding client service and delivering astute, commercial advice that is tailored to each transaction.

Rebecca advises on a full range of residential property transactions, and has special expertise in working on conveyancing matters for HNWIs, including high-value freehold and leasehold purchases, transfers of equity, property acquisition and disposal, remortgages, property development and portfolio management.

Rebecca’s appointment follows a series of new hires to the law firm’s growing Real Estate team, which has seen strong demand for its expert advice and services in 2021.
