Financial services hiring group KFS Recruitment has appointed Adam Massie as Senior Head-hunter as it continues to accelerate the growth of its business.

Adam joins from fellow financial sector recruiter The City and Capital Group to work alongside KFS Director Kerry Stephens and the existing Specialist team.

Stephens said Massie would bring a wealth of property recruitment experience to the group and will support all aspects of the business.

He will also help KFS identify and execute initiatives to complement its existing relationships within the Financial Services Market.

“We are thrilled to have Adam on board. It is clear that he shares our passion of working within the lending sector and he has quickly built a reputation as someone who recruits with the utmost integrity,” Stephens said.

“It is imperative that we work closely as a team at KFS. We are like a family, working to the shared goal of improving our candidate’s career prospects, thus improving their lifestyles.

We set out to offer our clients an honest insight into market trends and current opinions across the sector.

We can see that Adam genuinely wants to make a difference, and we relish his input into our growth.”

She said Adam will be working on a field basis, visiting the group’s valued clients and candidates. He will be working from various offices, closely devising recruitment strategies with hiring firms and seeing recruitment plans from inception to completion.

Honing his headhunting skills, Adam will also be introducing familiar names to potential new employers.

Stephens said 2021 has already been an “incredibly busy” year for the group recruiting a variety of roles, including C-Suite, Senior Management, Underwriting, Business Development, Marketing, Compliance, Collections and Case Management.

“We cover bridging finance, development finance, mortgages, asset finance and retail finance, for lenders and brokers and we are seeing more vacancies within fintech and servicing firms too,” she explained.

Adam, pictured, said:

“A career change is one of the biggest decisions in anyone’s life, which is why I constantly stress the importance in making the right move.

I am excited to be joining KFS and utilising my skill set to grow their presence across the industry.

I am looking forward to meeting up with both candidates and clients to discuss their future goals and aspirations whilst continuing to grow my own presence with financial services recruitment.

A lot of recruiters quite rightly have a bad reputation for a variety of reasons, from the moment Kerry and I first spoke it was apparent that she is fundamentally focused on the best interests of the individual, joining her and the rest of the team was an easy decision to make.”
