Impact Lending bolsters team with a new hire

Having recently secured a funding line of up to £75 million for its sustainable loans, Impact Lending – the specialist lending arm of Impact Capital Group, has appointed Mike Hopkins as Underwriter to help further its growth plans.

Mike Hopkins brings with him over 8 years of real estate lending experience.

As Impact Lending’s new Underwriter, Mike will be pivotal in driving Impact’s significant active deal pipeline through to completion.

Hopkins started his career at Hunter Finance as Investment Assistant and joins from Avamore Capital Limited, where he was underwriting development finance and bridging loans.

Mike Hopkins said:
