Hope Capital launches HOPE Academy
By Bridging Loan Directory
Hope Capital has launched an e-learning platform for its team, providing online modules, interactive videos, classroom style learning and on-the-job training.
HOPE Academy, which has been rolled out across the business, aims to enhance the practical skills of its employees and follows the launch of its well-being and benefits portal, myHope, in 2022.
Driven by its growing workforce, emerging technologies and shifting employee expectations, the online platform enables its team to enhance their own skillset in line with personal development plans.
Jonathan Sealey, CEO at Hope Capital, said:
“The news of our e-learning platform underlines our commitment to investing in our team and ensuring everyone within the business is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed in this fast-paced industry.
HOPE Academy incorporates various learning styles to ensure our team are continuously developing, while having a thorough understanding of the latest UK legislation, professional and regulatory bodies, and internal guidelines.”
The training programme is blended into various modules, ranging from courses related to more generic elements of the business, to areas which are more specific and tailored to the market.
Emily Bell, Underwriter at Hope Capital, added:
“This is another example of the fantastic benefits Hope Capital offers.
I only recently joined the business and therefore it’s been brilliant having access to the academy, which ensures I have the tools and knowledge necessary to not only assist in my role, but also my personal development.”
