Hilltop Credit Partners announces hat trick of new hires

Hilltop Credit Partners Limited (“Hilltop”), a leading Pan-European credit investment manager focused on real estate finance strategies, has announced a trio of new hires with significant experience, to position the business to execute and deliver at greater scale.
Joining from Lloyds Bank, where he was a consultant, Lawson Conroy will Head up the Asset Management team at Hilltop, overseeing client-focused deal execution, due diligence and onboarding processes.
Lawson brings 20 years of experience in originating, managing and re-structuring real estate loan books, including senior and mezzanine finance, securitizations and club transactions.
Focused on identifying new lending opportunities, Charles Fletcher joins as Vice President of Origination.
With over 20 years of experience in origination, structuring and funding across the capital stack, Charles was previously Head of Transactions at Sqft Capital, and formerly Head of Development Finance at Cogress.
Charles has managed numerous residential property investments for high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
Aden Samuels joins as Associate, Execution and Monitoring, providing structuring, execution and monitoring support across the life cycle of Hilltop’s portfolio of development loans.
Aden previously worked at Hampshire Trust Bank, Mizrahi Tefahot Bank and Zorin Finance.
