Development finance lender appoints Business Development Director

Business Lending Group (“BLG”), the specialist development finance lender, today announces the appointment of Fintan O’Riordan, pictured, as Business Development Director.

Fintan previously headed-up Paragon Banking Group’s Development Finance Team; building a successful c£100m business from a standing start. Prior to this, he held senior management positions within the development finance teams at Barclays (Canary Wharf), Nationwide (Brighton) and Bradford and Bingley.
