Crystal Specialist Finance bolsters quality assurance team

Crystal Specialist Finance (CSF) has made two new appointments within its Quality Assurance team to ensure exceptional performance standards as it caters for an increasing demand for its products and services.

The specialist finance distributor has appointed Anni Meakin as Quality Assurance Officer and Juliette Berry as Quality Assurance Assistant.

Anni holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMAP) qualification and joins CSF from Mortgage Advice Bureau where she previously held a similar role.

Juliette joins from London-headquartered Overdot Marketing, where she was an account manager leading on specialist projects.

The newly appointed duo will work with CSF’s existing Quality Assurance team to ensure customers consistently receive outstanding service and report directly to Head of Compliance, Richard Bond.
