CHL Mortgages appoints new business development manager for North London

Specialist lender CHL Mortgages has appointed Stuart Kay as its new business development manager (BDM) for North London.

Kay’s appointment strengthens the broker support CHL Mortgages provides in the region.

With more than 30 years of experience as a BDM, Stuart returns to the brand, after first joining them back in 1994.

Kay commented the move back to working on CHL Mortgages’ products felt like “returning home”.

“After a few years away, it’s great to be rejoining the team, especially at such an exciting time following the acquisition of CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries by Chetwood Financial,” he said.

“Our strong proposition and broad criteria will appeal to brokers looking for ways to help their landlord clients and I can’t wait to get started.”
