CHL Mortgages appoints Business Development Manager

Specialist lender CHL Mortgages has further strengthened the support it offers brokers by appointing Sam Dillin as business development manager (BDM) for the Central, East and West London regions.

Dillin’s arrival means the lender now has six BDMs supporting intermediaries and their clients across England and Wales.

Dillin joins CHL Mortgages from London-based brokerage Coreco where he spent five years working in a number of positions, including roles in client services and key accounts, as well as a spell as a BDM.

Dillin said his experience meant he was perfectly positioned to help brokers with their clients’ cases.

“My previous roles working for a broker company have given me an invaluable insight into how the broker world works,” he said.

“Coming from a sales background means I feel very strongly about the importance of building and maintaining relationships.

“I’m looking forward to getting to know my broker partners and helping them to place their specialist buy to let cases.”

CHL Mortgage’s Commercial Director Ross Turrell added Dillin’s appointment was further evidence of the lender’s commitment to providing brokers with the support they need.

“We’re always looking for ways to improve the service we give to our broker partners,” he said.

“Following the recent arrival of Shaun Persaud as BDM for Essex and East Anglia, Sam’s appointment means we can now support more brokers than ever before across England and Wales.”
