BNP Paribas Real Estate appoints investment director

BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) has strengthened its Bristol office with the appointment of Mark Rothwell.

Mark will be responsible for establishing BNPPRE’s Investment Agency within the region, he joins the business at a point of growth and will be responsible for building an innovative team of property specialists, as well as advising on every aspect of real estate investment in the South West.

Mark brings more than 20 years of experience of property consultancy, investment and asset management to the role.

Formerly Head of Investment at Alder King, Mark will be an invaluable addition to the Bristol team as BNPPRE continues to develop a strong regional presence across the UK, providing market leading insight to clients in the region and the wider commercial sector. Mark will work closely with Josh Gunn, Head of the Bristol Office.
