Black & White Bridging strengthens relationship team with four key hires

Black & White Bridging has made four key appointments to its relationship team, marking a significant expansion that enhances the company’s commitment to providing exceptional service to intermediaries and borrowers across the country.

The new appointments represents an increase of nearly a quarter of the firm’s workforce, underscoring its dedication to growth and excellence in the specialist lending market.

To establish a brand-new internal sales desk, Black & White Bridging has appointed Dan Nathan as Internal Relationship Manager and Sureyya Vidali as Social Media & Marketing Executive.

Dan brings sector-specific experience to his new role, having previously worked as a broker in the specialist lending space with Aureum Finance.

As the inaugural member of Black & White’s internal sales desk team, Dan will be vital in supporting existing intermediaries and onboarding new brokers, ensuring they receive the best-in-class service the company is known for.

Dan commented:

Sureyya Vidali joins with extensive experience in reactive social media and brand strategy, having previously worked with Metro Bank and Starling Bank.

As Social Media & Marketing Executive, Sureyya will focus on championing the company’s message of truly transparent lending with no grey areas and ensuring its commitment to intermediaries and is clearly communicated through all channels and across all platforms.

In addition to the creation of a new internal sales desk, Black & White Bridging has appointed Mike Underwood and Shahed Popat as Relationship Managers to enhance its presence in the South of England.

Mike, formerly a Product Manager at Adsum, is a well-known figure among commercial brokers nationwide.

Shahed, another industry figurehead, brings extensive market expertise from his previous role at Roma Finance.

In their new positions, they will focus on enhancing Black & White Bridging’s presence in Hertfordshire and along the South Coast, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to brokers and their borrowers.
