Black & White Bridging make key promotions supporting nationwide expansion

Black & White Bridging has made several key promotions, to strengthen their regional hubs and ensure that the leadership is in place to support its continued expansion.

David McCarthy has been promoted from Relationship Manager to Relationship Director.

His promotion recognises his outstanding efforts in building broker relationships across Birmingham and the North.

In his new role, David will continue to drive business growth and deepen connections with brokers as the company extends its presence across the country.

David McCarthy, Relationship Director, commented:

Saloni Apte has been promoted to Office & People Manager, following her instrumental role in the launch of Black & White Bridging’s regional hubs.

Based in the Bristol office, Saloni will manage day-to-day operations, overseeing all three offices and supporting the teams within them.

Her leadership ensures that Black & White Bridging’s high operational standards are maintained across its expanding operations.

Heather Hancock has been promoted from Senior Lending Manager to Head of Credit & Operations.

Heather’s promotion reflects her significant contributions to the company’s growth, having driven several key business areas in recent years.

Although primarily based in the Manchester office, Heather will continue to support operations across all offices as required to ensure the company meets its ambitious growth objectives.
