Black & White Bridging appoints NED

Specialist short term lender, Black & White Bridging, has announced the appointment of Mike Ellwood to its board as a non-executive director (NED). He joins Robert Owen who was appointed as NED last year.

Mike is an accomplished non-executive director with over 30 years experience operating at board level across several complex organisations.

An experienced commercial banker, he built Santander UK Corporate and Commercial Bank to in excess of £20bn of assets.

Prior to Santander, Mike held a number of senior roles within RBS, including Managing Director of Structured Finance.
