Adam Butler promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at Avamore Capital

Avamore Capital (“Avamore”), the specialist development, refurbishment, and bridging lender, has announced the promotion of Adam Butler to Director of Sales and Marketing, effective 1st January 2025.

Since joining Avamore in April 2020 as a Relationship Manager, and most recently serving as Head of Sales, Adam has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s commercial success.

In his new position, he will oversee a 6-strong team of originators and marketers.

His responsibilities will expand to include product development, shaping the company’s commercial strategy, and ensuring closer integration between the sales, underwriting, funding, and asset management teams.
