Pepper Money has launched a new website to support the growth of the specialist lender on its journey towards becoming a bank.
The new website, which features improved content and navigation, will provide the digital infrastructure to help deliver Pepper Money’s ambitious growth plans.
Pepper Money entered the UK mortgage market in 2015 and, having quickly established a well-respected brand and specialist lending proposition, last September announced a project to create a new entity to seek authorisation for a banking licence from the Bank of England.
The application process for this banking licence is progressing and Pepper Money is putting the infrastructure in place to support future growth and diversification place. As well as launching the new website, Pepper Money has also updated the contact details for its Telephone BDMs.
Phil Green, pictured, Senior Marketing Manager at Pepper Money, says:
“At Pepper Money, we have already come a long way in just four years, and we have ambitious plans for the future. This new website will provide the digital infrastructure we need to grow our specialist lending and introduce new product lines. The immediate benefit to brokers is an improved user experience, with clearer information and easier navigation to help them research information and submit applications for more of their interesting cases.”
John Coffield, Head of Mortgages at Paradigm Mortgages Services, says:
“A good website, with clear information and intuitive navigation is important for any lender and particularly important for specialist lenders for whom criteria is key. This new website from Pepper Money is a positive step forward and I am looking forward to seeing how it will support the lender’s growth plans.”
