Investec confirms mortgage rate reductions of up to 0.54%
Investec Bank has today announced changes to its entire range of fixed rates for residential and buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgages with reductions of up to 0.54%.
Fixed rates now start from 5.34% for a 2 Year Fix or 5.06% for 5 Years at 65% LTV for residential cases. For buy-to-let mortgages, the corresponding rates are 5.79% for a 2 Year Fix and 5.51% for 5 Years.
The loans come with added flexibility of no early repayment charges (ERCs) on Investec’s entire tracker range for owner-occupier, revolver and self-build cases.
This will ensure that clients have total flexibility if they select a tracker rate to maximise their financial planning opportunities.
