Fleet Mortgages appoint new BDM for South West

Fleet Mortgages, the buy-to-let and specialist lender, has today (20^th September 2016) announced the appointment of a new Business Development Manager (BDM) covering the South West.

Graham Le Bas joins the lender with immediate effect and will be tasked with looking after Fleet’s many relationships with advisers and intermediaries across the South West region. He will report to Sales Director, Ross Turrell.

Graham joins Fleet Mortgages with a wealth of experience in both lending and consumer finance, having held a range of business development and management roles throughout his career.

His most recent position was as a BDM for SortRefer, the conveyancing portal. He has also held managerial roles with (amongst others) CHL Mortgages, Council Homebuyer (Mortgages) Ltd, and Avco Ltd.

Graham began his working life in the Armed Forces and after eight years left with the Rank of Bombardier having served in Germany, Northern Ireland and Canada.

Fleet Mortgages is an intermediary-only, buy-to-let lender and its products are available to individuals, limited companies and those looking to invest in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
