Urban Exposure continues to strengthen team with asset management director hire

Urban Exposure, a specialist residential development financier and asset manager, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Pritchard as a Director in its Asset Management team.

The hire marks the latest in a recent series of senior appointments for Urban Exposure as it continues to grow.

Robert will be responsible for the execution of joint venture and capital raising initiatives. He will report into Chief Financial Officer, Sam Dobbyn.

Robert joins Urban Exposure from the Investment Advisory team of CBRE Capital Advisors. Within the team Robert led the deployment and management of capital on behalf of his institutional clients, with a particularly relevant focus on development finance and value-add opportunities.

Prior to CBRE, Robert held several roles within the Real Estate team at Barclays Corporate. There he was focused on the structuring and execution of complex corporate and non-recourse loans for the team’s varied client base.
