Richard Payne joins Oblix Capital as Director of Development

Specialist bridging and development funder, Oblix Capital, has made a senior appointment with Richard Payne joining as the lender’s new Director of Development.

With over 35 years’ experience in real estate development, Richard joins Oblix Capital from Bank of London and the Middle-East (BLME) where he most recently held the Head of Real Estate Finance role.

Richard’s unique experience within the sector extends to roles in both construction consultancy and development funding, with a proven track record in strategic real estate investment. This vast experience is further emphasised having held director roles at Deutsche Bank, Turner & Townsend and Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander.
