Specialist real estate development finance provider Maslow Capital has announced the completion of a £32.8m development loan, assisting Citylife with ‘Springwell Gardens’, a 223-unit residential scheme in central Leeds.

Adding to a growing skyline of impressive residential developments in Leeds, the 16 storey Springwell Gardens is set to become a bold architectural statement with a unique sail-like façade.

Thoughtful interior design will be combined with private, south facing roof terraces and a residents-only garden to provide extra living spaces along with a host of further amenities.

The result is a progressive inside-outside living experience that fosters inclusive communities that will encourage people to experience the best of city living in an ever-evolving city.

Residents of this scheme will benefit from its central location, which is only a 10 minute walk to Leeds Train Station, the city centre and the new £350 million CEG Holbeck urban village Southbank development.

Its strategic location on Whitehall Road coupled with its unique design will make it a focal point along this important road, encouraging a bold new community for the north-west of Holbeck.

Contractor Morgan Sindall has been appointed to deliver the project, which is expected to complete in 2023. Citylife has also agreed a forward-sale of around 60% of the apartments to private investors via its advisor Aspen Woolf.
