Magnet Capital makes strategic hires to meet growing business demand

Magnet Capital, the development finance specialist, has made two new appointments, as part of its recent expansion.

Samuel Morris has been appointed as Sales Executive and Laura Bresler as Operations Consultant.

Samuel comes to Magnet Capital from a Land, Development and Investment Agent background and prior to this worked in property auctioneering. He brings experience of acting for vendors and purchasers, in addition to both the acquisition and disposal of development opportunities.

Laura trained with industry leaders, Deloitte and brings over 12 years’ financial and strategic business experience. Laura previously worked with the Magnet Capital team at Regentsmead and was an integral member of the development finance lender.
