County Court Care Group announces Birmingham development of residential ground-up care home, funded by Cynergy Bank

Country Court Care Group announces a new ground-up development in the care home market, thanks to a £8.3m loan from Cynergy Bank. The loan will be used to fund a ground-up development for a 63-bed residential care home site in Halesowen, Birmingham.

Country Court Care Group is a top ten specialist residential care home provider in the UK and have been a family run business for over 40 years.

This latest development in Birmingham supports the UK’s need for more high-quality care facilities for the country’s aging population and will be the Group’s 37th care home development.

Country Court Care Group provides facilities for autonomous mobile residents, those with more significant medial needs such as dementia, and those who require short-term respite care.
