Our offering means a single rate can be applied to benefit a multitude of projects, including structural and non-structural light, medium and heavy refurbishment cases. Available on loan amounts between £100k – £5m, across England, Wales and Scotland for a term of 3-18 months:

 

  • Residential bridging loans: 75% LTV at 0.92%
  • Semi-commercial bridging loans: 70% LTV at 1.05%
  • Commercial bridging loans: 65% LTV at 1.09%

Our products can be used for several purposes including purchasing an investment property, re-finance, re-bridging, capital raising for business purposes, auction, light, medium and heavy refurbishment projects, finish & exit and development exit cases.
