Who are Hope Capital and what do they do?
At Hope Capital, we’re more than just a bridging loan company – our Relationships Go Beyond Lending. We don’t believe in misleading jargon, which is why we offer flat rates and LTVs across our bridging range so our brokers immediately know what their clients can benefit from.
Our offering means a single rate can be applied to benefit a multitude of projects, including structural and non-structural light, medium and heavy refurbishment cases. Available on loan amounts between £100k – £5m, across England, Wales and Scotland for a term of 3-18 months:
- Residential bridging loans: 75% LTV at 0.92%
- Semi-commercial bridging loans: 70% LTV at 1.05%
- Commercial bridging loans: 65% LTV at 1.09%
Our products can be used for several purposes including purchasing an investment property, re-finance, re-bridging, capital raising for business purposes, auction, light, medium and heavy refurbishment projects, finish & exit and development exit cases.
