What do I need to get a bridging loan with Funding 365?
Prior to completion we will need:
- Completed Funding 365 application form (this is not required to receive indicative terms)
- KYC checks
- Valuation report and any necessary professional reports
- Schedule of works (if the loan is for development purposes)

How long does the application process take and when do I get the money?
No-one can complete faster than us. As our funding is principal-led, we make all of our credit decisions in-house and we can – and often do – complete in a matter of days.
Completion speed is often dependent on third parties such as lawyers and valuers. We have strong relationships with our partners and they share our desire to deliver, so if you have a deadline that you need to work towards please let us know.
