Maslow Capital Completes €17 million developer exit loan in Dublin

Specialist real estate finance provider Maslow Capital has announced the completion of a €17 million developer exit loan for Red Rock Developments, a multi-disciplined property development company known for its dynamic and fresh approach to real estate projects.
The 12-month loan refinanced the original development lender on The Gardens at Elm Park, a residential development located on Merrion Road in Dublin 4.
The development, which achieved practical completion in February 2024, comprises 77 high-quality apartments.
The facility refinances the remaining units, supporting Red Rock Developments as they transition to the next phase of their sales process.
Situated in one of Ireland’s most prestigious postcodes, the development offers exceptional connectivity and proximity to key locations such as Ballsbridge, Donnybrook, and Sandymount.
The deal was originated by Frank Daly, Origination Director at Maslow Capital, and a key member of Maslow’s local origination team in Ireland.
