LendInvest completes £37 million loan against national portfolio of residential investment properties

LendInvest, the UK’s leading asset manager for property finance, has completed its first loan under its new Residential Investment Portfolio Loan Product which is launched in partnership with a US-based asset manager.

The £37m loan is secured against a nationwide portfolio of predominantly residential investment properties. The client refinanced existing loans from six lenders into a single loan facility with LendInvest.

The Residential Investment Portfolio Loan product allows borrowers to fix their interest over the loan term for a period of up to 20 years. With a target loan size of up to £100m, the product helps borrowers with large portfolios to consolidate their financing with one lender.

Launched with the support of a leading US-based asset manager, this new partnership will allow for a capacity of over £250 million of new lending per year with the potential to expand this partnership in the future.
