Hilltop Capital Partners completes £3.5m loan for six houses in Woolstone, Oxfordshire

Funds advised by Hilltop Capital Partners, a leading residential-focused real estate investment manager, have completed a £3.5m loan to Pars Developments for the development of 6 units in Woolstone, Oxfordshire.

The project will be delivered by Pars Development, an independent property developer specialising in building family-focused housing in the South West of England.

Pars will deliver the scheme with the assistance of its team of experienced builders, plumbers, electricians and carpenters, who have delivered a broad variety of schemes in the past and have worked together for years.

Their track record includes newbuild residential properties around Swindon, Wiltshire and the Cotswolds.

This is the fourth scheme on which Hilltop has collaborated with Pars Developments.

Previous Hilltop funding to the borrower includes loans to fund the development of 20 homes in Latton, Shrivenham and Brinkworth, all located within a 30-minute drive of the developer’s headquarters in Swindon.

The development will include a barn conversion retaining the existing steel beams and design.

The development consists of 3 x 4 bed terraced houses, 2 x 3-bed semi-detached houses and 1 x 3-bed detached house, all with private gardens and parking spaces, surrounded by green space and farmland.

Woolstone is situated in Oxfordshire, with easy access to Swindon (c. 20 min), Cirencester (c. 30 min) and Oxford (c. 40 min).

The village is also close to the A420, which links directly to the M4 motorway, with quick access to Reading (c. 50 min) and Bristol (c. 60 min).

Woolstone maintains a quintessentially English village feel, with picturesque cottages, farmland, and scenic countryside located in the Vale of White Horse, known for its traditional thatched cottages, historic stone walls, and The Church of St Martin’s.
