CSBF Capital Partners completes £6 million bridging loan

Last week CSBF Capital Partners closed yet another deal with Hoze Investment, a £6,000,000 bridging loan to finance another development of a mixed-use site in the heart of WC1, central London.

The project will be the third occasion that CSBF have financed a development loan for the borrower.
