What do Century Capital’s interest rates look like on bridging finance? 

Century Capital’s  minimum rate is currently 0.85% PCM at a maximum gross LTV of 70%.

But we will shortly be announcing a very competitive new product at 0.75% PCM at 70% gross LTV.

Whilst our rates may not be the cheapest on the market our streamlined approach means we get the job done faster than our competitors.

What do I need to get a bridging loan with Century Capital?

Ownership of residential or commercial property in the UK.

Century Capital require the usual checks when looking to secure finance against UK property – credit checks, application form, assets & liabilities statement prior to valuation & solicitor instruction if terms are acceptable for both parties.

Century Capital aim to make the process as quick and easy as possible for perspective lenders.

All that is required initially is an application form and an assets & liabilities statement.

Once this is received we can issue an AIP which outline the terms of our offer. If terms are accepted we can then instruct valuations and solicitors.

How long does the application process take and when do I get the money?

Fast track completions can be processed within 4 – 5 business days but typically our clients will be looking to release funds within 2 – 3 weeks from initial application to completion.

Yes, Century Capital are property specialist lenders for residential, commercial & development loans.
