Landbay strengthens lending team with key appointment

Landbay, the specialist buy-to-let mortgage lender, has appointed Ian Hall as Regional Account Manager for the North.

Ian joins Landbay from Paragon Bank, where he spent five years as a Regional Manager. Prior to this, Ian worked for CHL Mortgages where he was Business Development Manager. His career in the mortgage industry has spanned over 12 years, with specific experience of working on complex buy-to-let cases.

The latest hire is further demonstration of Landbay’s commitment to expansion, with plans to increase headcount by 70% by summer 2018 to support the growing pipeline. Lending volumes continue to increase from month to month, and the company is well on track to hit profitability in Q3 of this year.
