United Trust Bank opens Manchester office
By Bridging Loan Directory
United Trust Bank (UTB) has opened a satellite office in Manchester as it continues to develop its lending operations and broker support in the North of England.
The new offices, comprising 12 desks and access to plush meeting rooms, are situated in Hardman Square in the heart of Manchester’s business district.
The new offices will primarily be used by UTB’s lending divisions, including Bridging, Property Development, Mortgages, Asset Finance and Structured Property Finance.
The offices will become a busy base for the BDMs already developing UTB’s activities in the North of England and a useful and convenient place to hold meetings with brokers and customers.
Mark Stokes, Chief Commercial Officer – United Trust Bank, commented:
“We have supported brokers and customers in the North of England for many years and it’s an important market we want to develop further.
We already have a growing number of business development and underwriting staff permanently based outside of London in the Midlands and the North and we believe now is the right time to have a base where staff can work in an office environment when needed as well as somewhere comfortable and private to meet with brokers and customers.
Manchester is a vibrant and dynamic city leading the northern powerhouse movement.
It is the ideal location for a UTB satellite office and sends a clear signal to brokers and borrowers that we are committed to supporting the ongoing regeneration of the North of England by providing housebuilders, developers, SMEs, and investors with the backing they need to prosper and grow.”
