TFC Homeloans and Precise Mortgages Launch Specialist Lending Masterclasses

TFC HomeloansSpecialist mortgage distributor, TFC Homeloans are partnering with Broker-focused lender Precise Mortgages to offer Specialist Lending Master Classes. The workshops will take place in London, Wolverhampton and Cheshire between January and February.

Precise Mortgages’ Director of Sales, Roger Morris will provide a comprehensive overview of specialist mortgages, bridging finance and second charge loans. Focusing on topics such as borrower’s income when accessing accounts and SA302’s and how to ensure Accountant’s cover letters provide the correct information which is required by a lender following the regulatory changes launching in January 2015.

Other speakers include Precise Mortgages’ National Sales Manager, James Briggs who will cover Second Charge lending more intensely. Followed by TFC Homeloans’ Head of Intermediary Sales, Les Daley who will discuss Commercial lending and how TFC Homeloans’ experienced teams and Smart Source portal can assist you with difficult to place cases.
