Synergy Commercial Finance Ltd has announced a strategic partnership with Scottish Bridging Loans, an emerging lender with a unique focus on Scotland, including the highlands and islands.

This partnership marks a significant step forward for both organisations and is poised to make a substantial impact on the commercial lending sector in the region.

Established in January 2023, Scottish Bridging Loans has already distinguished itself as the only lender entirely originated from and dedicated to the entirety of Scotland, ensuring comprehensive support to the local community.

The collaboration between Synergy Commercial Finance and Scottish Bridging Loans is aimed at broadening the spectrum of financial choices available to regional brokers and developers who may feel underserved by more established lending institutions.
