Stretton Capital, the bridging and development lender has relocated from Nantwich to Chester following a period of growth.

Commercial manager, Matthew Gammond, pictured, said:

“We loved Nantwich but after the team more than doubled in the space of a few months we had to upgrade.

You can now finds us in The Steam Mill Business Centre which is just a short walk from Chester train station. There’s plenty of room for all of us now, and for anyone else who joins as we continue to grow.

It’s been a busy few months for Stretton. It won’t be long until our brand new website is up and running too.

Once everything is in place, likely at the start of 2019, we’ll be having a launch party… but more on that later!”

Stretton Capital has an appetite for residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural bridging or development loans. It has lent circa £25 million up and down since its inception in 2016.
