Somo hails Black Friday event busiest day of year with 400% increase in deals

Specialist lending firm Somo Bridging’s one day-only Black Friday 2022 event, which gave borrowers a massive 90% refund on valuation costs, resulted in its busiest day of the year and led to four times more deals being locked in over the 24 hour event.

Somo’s famous Black Friday event was specifically designed to give back to the borrower, support brokers in getting deals over the line and create repeat business and relationships that last.

While all limited-time promotions are much anticipated by brokers, Somo is famous for going the extra mile during Black Friday and did so with a massive 90% off valuation costs.
