Signature launches ‘Thrive in ’25’ to support brokers and property investors

Signature Property Finance has unveiled its ambitious Thrive in ’25 campaign, a comprehensive, year-long initiative designed to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and deliver success for brokers, property investors, and the company itself.
Launched on 6 January 2025, Thrive in ’25 kicks off with a key focus on lower residential bridging rates, setting the tone for a year of exclusive incentives, strategic marketing, and relationship-led lending.
Signature CEO Tony Gilbertson commented:

Thrive in ’25 is all about enhancing those relationships while showcasing why Signature should be the go-to choice for property finance brokers and their clients.
This first element of this limited period campaign offers rates from 0.85% to 0.94% depending on LTV to help with the purchase or refinance of a single residential investment property.
Loans up to £2M are available on terms from 3-18 months and we believe this represents a great opportunity to get the market moving.”
Looking ahead to maintain momentum
The Thrive in ’25 campaign will evolve throughout the year with new initiatives and incentives.
While the rates are an exciting starting point, the campaign is designed to adapt to market needs, always aligning with Signature’s overarching goals of growth, relationship building, and meeting the ambitious lending target.
