ScotLend joins Brickflow

ScotLend, Scotland’s original bridging lender, has announced a strategic partnership with Brickflow.

This collaboration aims to expand ScotLend’s reach, making its fast and flexible lending solutions more accessible to brokers across the UK.

Launched in September 2024, ScotLend has quickly made a name for itself with its speed, precision, and client-focused service, offering bridging loans from £30,000 to £2,000,000, against residential, commercial and semi-commercial assets up to 75% LTV.
