Positive Lending places 1,000th bridging loan case with Precise Mortgages

Master broker and packager Positive Lending is celebrating after placing its 1,000 bridging loan case with leading specialist lender Precise Mortgages.

Since Positive Lending started writing cases with Precise Mortgages in 2013, the two companies have helped customers access more than £250m in bridging finance.
