Octane Capital and RHL complete highly bespoke £4.9m loan

‘Product-less’ third generation lender, Octane Capital, today announced it has completed a £4.9m 2-year developer exit to a client of RHL, a UK-wide broker specialising in large and complex commercial and residential loans.

The facility, secured against a 5-storey block of 51 apartments in the South East, will be used to clear a development loan. Its two-year term worked perfectly for the client, providing all-important flexibility and peace of mind.

Working on the loan — and against the clock — were Laura Brown at London-based lawyers, Howard Kennedy, Tony Hughes of RHL and, representing Octane Capital, Gemma Salousti, Alex Tyrwhitt and Justin Cooper.
