Oblix Capital appoints new Finance Director

Specialist bridging and development lender, Oblix Capital, announce their latest senior appointment as Steve Rogers, pictured, joins as the lender’s Finance Director.

Steve is a qualified chartered management accountant having held senior treasury and finance positions at Kensington Mortgages, RBS and Barclays.

With 20 years’ experience specialising in mortgage financing, residential mortgage-backed securities and asset backed securities – Steve brings a wealth of financial experience to both regulatory and structured finance environments.

As Finance Director for the group, Steve will be tasked with optimising the company’s financial performance, whilst ensuring a strong financial control culture is embedded across the group to support the board’s accounting strategy.
