New property finance brokerage Find Me Property Finance launches

Finance professionals Amer Watson and Callum Walsh have officially launched Find Me Property Finance, a brokerage firm set to transform the specialist finance market.

Based in the heart of the Northwest, the new firm provides clients with seamless access to a wide range of lending options, including bridging, development, refurbishment, commercial, and buy-to-let (BTL) finance, all at no cost to the client.

With extensive experience in the finance industry, Amer and Callum bring a wealth of expertise and insight to the sector.

Amer, having worked with multiple lenders, has facilitated over 200 transactions, securing more than £70 million in funding for the UK property market.

His deep understanding of lender-client interactions enables Find Me Property Finance to eliminate common obstacles and streamline the borrowing experience.

Callum, a seasoned finance professional with 18 years in financial services, has successfully built and expanded Match Me Car Finance, one of the UK’s leading car finance brokerages.

Since its inception, his company has completed over 25,000 finance deals, totaling more than £250 million in vehicle financing.

Callum’s passion for credit broking now extends to the property finance sector, where he aims to replicate his previous success.

Joining the team is Rob Jarvis, an industry expert with extensive experience working with lenders and brokers such as Roma Finance and Envelop.

With Rob on board, Find Me Property Finance is strengthening its services to ensure all client inquiries are handled efficiently and transparently.

The company has ambitious growth plans over the next two years, aiming to expand its team with additional brokers and case handlers.

To date, Find Me Property Finance is already managing over £12 million in enquiries, a promising start that exceeds initial expectations.
