New property finance broker Wharf Financial launches this week

This week, Wharf Financial, a new property finance broker led by Marc Champ and based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, officially launched.

Marc is a professional broker with more than 15 years of experience in property lending and maintains a vast network across the UK lending market. Marc’s diligence, attention-to-detail and professional approach ensures a high-level of personal service and tailored, bespoke client solutions.

Covering the whole of the UK, Wharf Financial offers expertise across a range of financial solutions including commercial and residential property investment; development finance/mezzanine debt; bridging loans and property refurbishment; and, trading business and working capital solutions.

Marc has a wealth of experience with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, including key roles at Lloyds, Shawbrook Bank and most recently Bespoke Business Finance.
