Masthaven expands business development team

Masthaven is pleased to welcome two new joiners to its team: Charles Creak joins as Business Development Executive, and Harriet Smith joins as a Business Development Manager.

Charles is a recent Economics graduate from the University of East Anglia, with industry experience in debt finance having previously spent a year assisting the Business Development team of OakNorth bank. He will be supporting Masthaven’s Short Term Lending sales team; with the aim of taking on more responsibilities as his expertise in the area develops.

After graduating with a degree in Marketing from Bournemouth University, Harriet spent six years at Borro where, over the past 18 months, she focused on establishing and building the lender’s bridging loan book during their diversification into this sector. Recognition for her achievements in this challenge was awarded through winning the Specialist Finance Introducer BDM of the year in 2016. Harriet’s focus will be on developing new and existing relationships for the bank.
