Market Financial Solutions launches CPD training courses and certifications

Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has announced it is now a certified CPD member, and is able to utilise its vast market experience and expertise to help brokers increase their CPD hours and specialist finance knowledge.

In addition to providing top of the range specialist finance products and services, Market Financial Solutions continues to share its educational resources to help push the industry to new heights.

Launching five new property and finance training courses, the lender has focused on providing key insights for some of the most prevalent property assets within the market.

In digestible, informative training videos, their experts break down the key elements brokers and other financial professionals need to understand to better serve their own clients.

This includes guidance on HMO properties, the commercial market, holiday lets, and more.

Upon completion of each video, participants will take a multiple-choice exam to test their knowledge.

They’ll receive an email with their results, along with a CPD certified certificate if they have passed the course. The courses will provide either 1.5- or 2-hours’ worth of CPD training.

Moreover, Market Financial Solutions has also hosted its first in-house CPD event: Bridge Fusion 101.

Bringing together nearly 50 brokers and industry insiders, presenters broke down how the new product can serve the market through informative presentations, and Q&A sessions.

Attendees added to their CPD hours while building a closer relationship with the business, and it plans to host more CPD events in the future.

London-based lender Market Financial Solutions offers both bridging loans and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages alongside the new Bridge Fusion solution.

Founded in 2006, it specialises in handling large and complex loans at pace, offering loans of up to £50 million with terms between three and 24 months.
