LendInvest, the leading specialist mortgage lender, has received the highest possible rating for the quality of its loan servicing from a European ratings agency for the third consecutive year.

ARC Ratings is a regulated European credit rating agency registered with the European Securities and Markets Authority.

The agency has affirmed for a third time its SQ1 Servicer Quality Rating for LendInvest following a comprehensive annual review of the company, its performance, processes and infrastructure. In particular, the rating assesses and rates the process used by LendInvest to originate, underwrite and service high-quality property loans.

The rating is based on a number of key factors including corporate governance, internal controls, due diligence, data disaster mitigation and the financial health of the company.

On their decision to affirm LendInvest’s SQ1 rating, ARC Ratings commented:

“This rating reflects LendInvest’s robust internal controls/systems, servicing experience in the real estate lending and collections industry, and recent financial performance. LendInvest has seen rapid growth since its creation in 2013, LendInvest has shown strong financial investment over the past four years during which it has consistently turned over an annual profit amid significant investment in the business.”

Christian Faes, pictured, Co-founder and CEO of LendInvest, added:

“It is hugely gratifying to receive a top servicing rating from ARC Ratings for a third time in as many years. It is good to see the whole LendInvest team acknowledged and praised for the rigorousness and proficiency of the underwriting, and servicing processes we have always worked hard to develop and maintain.”

This news follows the publication this week of LendInvest’s latest Annual Report in which the company reports its fourth consecutive annual profit in four years.
