Lendhub launches online loan processing platform
By Bridging Loan Directory
Specialist lender, Lendhub have announced the release of their online loan processing platform ‘myLendhub’
The bridging and development lender has released a new online system that is set to radically improve the lending process and provide a seamless experience from enquiry through to completion and beyond.
The intuitive platform has been built with the broker and borrower journey at the heart of the design and functionality. myLendhub removes the need to re-key information within the application by pre-filling form fields from the enquiry stage. Administrative hassle will be a thing of the past as the platform enables the user to view and accept DIPs and HOTs and then have the ability to email documentation directly to clients for digital signature, removing the need to print and post.
Pipeline case management is made simple with users able to see all their cases and the stages they are at all from one screen. The system will enable complete visibility with instant notifications and real-time information, so no need to chase for updates. Users of the platform can now start to enjoy a paperless way of working and do their bit for the environment.
Following a re-brand earlier this year, the lender has also revealed a new website which has been designed to showcase its product range and deliver a unique user experience. The site even features a rather addictive game. To celebrate the releases, Lendhub are giving away prizes to the first 25 applications that are processed through the platform ranging from pizza for the office to iWatches.
Christopher Adamou, Managing Director of Lendhub, commented:
“myLendhub has been in the making for just over a year now and we are very excited to finally be able to release it to the market. We have focused on streamlining the current lending process by working with our brokers and having a deep understanding of what would really make a difference to how they work. Technology within the bridging and development industry has somewhat fallen behind, so we are extremely pleased to be able to offer a platform that creates a seamless journey for both the broker and borrower. We plan to continuously improve the portal. Phase two of myLendhub is already underway and we look forward to future releases and enhancements for our clients.”
