Lendco appoints bridging sales executive

Specialist lender, Lendco, has hired Kieran Ryan as Bridging Sales Executive as it continues to grow the Bridging arm of the business.

He will service both new and existing brokers, and work alongside the company’s dedicated bridging underwriters – Nicole Ashmore and Iain Rashbrook.

Kieran joins from Ultimate Finance, where he was Regional Director for the Midlands and East of England.

Previously he held roles as Development Underwriter at MFS, and has experience as a Commercial Broker having previously worked at B2B Finance.

Having lent over £1.3bn since its inception in 2018, Lendco has steadily grown its distribution in both the BTL and Bridging spaces.

In Q2 this year, a new £200m bridging facility was signed with NatWest Markets, enabling the lender to offer widened criteria and larger loans.
