KIS Finance appoints Business and HR Consultant

KIS Finance has added to its growing team, with the appointment of Sue Andrews as a Business and HR Consultant.

Sue commenced her career in the finance sector in 1991, working for General Accident’s mortgage division. This was followed by a short period within the pensions division of London & Manchester. Sue then joined a large care organisation in the South West, where she developed her career as a senior HR professional, ultimately taking on the role of Director of HR & Organisational Development with responsibility for overseeing a workforce of over 3500. Sue is a Fellow of the Charter Institute of Personnel and Development.

After 25 years Sue has chosen to return to the finance sector where she now supports the team at KIS providing advice and guidance in her areas of expertise. Having previously overseen the implementation of GDPR in a large-scale organisation, Sue’s initial task has been supporting KIS in their preparations.

Sue’s appointment is a welcome addition to the team at KIS, as she brings with her a range of expertise that will be invaluable to the company as they continue to expand the range of services that they offer.
